These Terms of Service govern your use of DropIn: Location Service ("App"), developed and operated by 52 Mile, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using DropIn, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the App including free and Pro subscribers.
DropIn is an iOS application that allows users to instantly save GPS locations via the iPhone Action Button, Siri, CarPlay, or in-app tap. The App is available as a free download with an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
DropIn offers a Pro subscription starting at $9.99/month. The following terms apply to all paid subscriptions:
You agree to use DropIn only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
DropIn requires access to your device's location services to function. By enabling location permissions you consent to the collection and local storage of GPS coordinates on your device. We do not sell or share your location data with third parties.
You may disable location services at any time through your device settings. Doing so will prevent the App from functioning as intended.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 52 Mile, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of location information, or reliance on inaccurate GPS coordinates.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In particular, we make no guarantee that the App will function in areas without cellular service, and we are not responsible for locations saved as "Unknown Location" in such conditions.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and branding associated with DropIn and 52 Mile, LLC — including but not limited to the DropIn name, app icon, and user interface — are the exclusive property of 52 Mile, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
DropIn integrates with Apple services including Siri, CarPlay, and the Action Button. Your use of these features is also subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Ohio.
